To update the payment method on a subscription with an active or with a past due status:

1. If needed, call your bank to fix the issue with a valid card.

2. Login to your account

3. Select My Payment Methods and add a new payment method on this screen.

Note: If you're status is past due and you want to use the same card you might need to reauthorize the that card for recurrent billing with your bank. In this case you do not need to enter the card again.

4. After adding a new payment method, navigate to My Subscriptions and click Change. Choose the payment method you would like to use and click Save.

5. Your payment will be charged to the new card on file. This may take up to 24 to 72 hours.

You may reactivate an unpaid or cancelled subscription from within My Account
NOTE: If you have a ProFusion player make sure your device is plugged in and online.

1. From My Hardware tab, find the subscription or device you want to reactivate and click Reactivate.

2. Select the correct billing address and payment method you wish to associate with this subscription or enter a new billing address and payment method and complete the checkout process.

Additional Information

Your device should reactivate within one hour as long as payment does not decline, and the device is online and working.

If your music is not back on within one hour, contact Mood Media Customer Service using our web chat service or Send us an email, and a representative will help reactivate your subscription.

If you receive a payment fail message:

1. Confirm the information on your payment method is current and correct. If you need to update your payment method click on "My Payment Methods" tab.

The PfB by Mood app is supported on iOS 14 or higher or Android 10 or higher.

The Activation Key is displayed right after placing an order for the Bring Your Own Device service. You may also view your Activation Key by logging into your pandora.moodmedia.com account and navigating to the Subscriptions tab, then, click on Details on the specific subscription you would like to view. 

What if the activation key doesn't work?

Confirm you are copying the whole subsciption key into your PfB by Mood app to activate your music playback. The activation key is a one-time use code. Carefully choose which mobile device you would ike to activate your service on.

What if I don't want to use the device I activated for music playback?

If you do not want to use the device you activated your service on and decide to use a different device, please contact customer service.

Bluetooth playback is supported using the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) subscription service as long as your mobile device supports it. Refer to your mobile device's manufacturer's website for instructions on how to connect to a bluetooth speaker for audio playback.

To use Pandora for Business, you'll need one of these options:

• • A Mood Media player, which connects to your sound system using standard RCA audio cables.
• • Your own iOS or Android phone or tablet, with the Pandora for Business app installed and connected to your sound system.

If you do not hear music while using your PfB by Mood app, first confirm that your bluetooth setting is turned off and your music volume on your mobile device is turned up. Starting with your bluetooth connections off, you can first confrm that the music on your mobile device is working properly. 

Once you've confirmed that the music playing out of your mobile device correctly, then begin to make a connection to your bluetooth speaker, AirPlay, or Google Cast device.

Pandora for Business allows you to use Pandora music in a place of business. Pandora Plus and Pandora Platinum internet radio is for personal use only. If you are playing Pandora over loudspeakers at your business for your clients or customers, this is considered commercial use and is not permitted by Pandora's standard music licenses or Terms of Use.

When playing or performing music in public (like in your business) you must also adhere to US Copyright Law and obtain and pay for the proper music licensing. Whether it's a coffee shop, shoe store, medical office, hotel, spa, gym, hair salon, you name it -- a business must have the proper licenses to play music.

Your Pandora for Business account with Mood Media ensures that your business is properly licensed to play Pandora (for business use) through Mood Media's provided media player.

Through Mood Media's Manage Account area you can manage your business contact information, billing preferences and credit card information, subscription information, store location information, and more.

Your Pandora account (www.pandora.com) allows you to access and manage your Pandora stations. This can be the same account you use on your personal computer, mobile phone, TV, or car.

When you link your Pandora account with your media player during activation, you can play Pandora stations in your business through the media player without commercial interruptions.

No. Per our Terms of Service, the Pandora For Business service is NON-TRANSFERABLE.

7. Media Player. You agree to access the Service using only the Media Player issued directly to You by Mood Media. The Media Player is not transferrable and you are prohibited from using another Media Player to access the Service and from transferring Your Media Player to any other person or entity. In the event a Media Player other than the one issued to you directly comes into Your possession, You to agree to contact Mood Media to arrange for the return or exchange of the Media Player.

Pandora for Business is currently only available for businesses located in the United States (US territories not included). Mood Media takes care of applicable copyright fees for your use of the Service as authorized by Mood Media's Terms of Service.

A subscription consists of one media player and a recurring monthly subscription fee. Each media player has one Pandora output zone; this means you can play one Pandora station at a time from one player. Therefore, you need one (1) subscription for each different area of your business that requires a unique zone of music, including at least one (1) subscription for each location.

For example:

• If you have two (2) locations and each location needs music you will need two (2) subscriptions and two media players (one for each location). Each location can play the Pandora station of their choice.
• If you have only one (1) location but want different music to play in two different areas then you also need two (2) subscriptions and two media players.
• If you have one (1) location and want to play the same music throughout then you need one (1) subscription and one media player.

Pandora for Business by Mood service requires the PfB by Mood app.

Mood Media offers a 12-month warranty on all new media players for the Pandora for Business service. This 12-month period begins on the date the player is shipped. Mood Media will replace defective media players at no cost during this 12-month period.

Please note that the warranty does not cover: any equipment other than the Media Player; damage to the Media Player caused by the negligent or willful acts of you, your employees, agents or business invitees; theft; vandalism; water (or other liquids); fire; lightning; wind; snow; acts of God; or power surges.

If you believe your media player is defective, please contact Mood Media Customer Service at 800-929-5407 to troubleshoot your player. In many cases player issues can be resolved over the phone. If it is determined that the media player is defective, Mood Media will "advance replace" a new player and send you a Return Shipping label for you to return your defective player to Mood Media.

Subscriptions: Because there is no long-term commitment, you can choose to end your Pandora for Business service at any time. Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are given.

Media Players: Pandora for Business media player returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the media player ships. Refunds for players returned in like-new, working condition will be given during this 30-day period only. Customer is responsible for return shipping of the player. Please contact Mood Media's Client Satisfaction at 800-929-5407 for refund authorization and instructions on returning your media player.

Yes, your Mood media player can connect wirelessly.

• The Profusion iH Pandora media player includes a built-in wireless adapter.
• The ProFusion iO media player includes a USB Wi-Fi adapter with your media player purchase.

Replacements and adapters for older Mood media players can be purchased by calling Mood Media at 800.929.5407 or by contacting us online. The provided Wi-Fi adapter is specific to the hardware of your ProFusion iO media player; adapters obtained from other sources are not compatible with the Mood media player.

Yes, your Mood media player can be used to schedule specific stations to play at certain times. Log in to your Online Control Panel and select "Schedule Control" from the menu to begin creating your music schedule.
