We're sorry to see you go! To cancel your subscription:
1) Log in to the My Account section of pandora.moodmedia.com with your email address and password
2) Go to "My Subscriptions" and click the "View" button next to the subscription you wish to cancel
3) Click "Pause" in the top-right corner
4) Choose a reason for your cancellation from the drop-down menu and click "Confirm"
If you are pausing your subscription due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), please select the "Coronavirus Impact" reason.
Your subscription should now display a status of Paused.
You can reactivate your subscription at any time -- call Mood Customer Service at 1-800-929-5407 or contact us online to reactivate your subscription.
